(Las Vegas, NV)- Attendees at the annual conference of ActionCOACH’s North American organization held in Las Vegas applauded the company’s highest performers during an awards dinner that wrapped up the week-long event. Among the honorees was Linda Bigler, an ActionCOACH from Sacramento, California.
Bigler received the ActionMAN Ownership award for exemplifying the integrity and business management skills required to build a successful ActionCOACH practice. Company founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented the award and described Bigler’s passion for coaching.
“In her 25-year sales career prior to joining ActionCOACH, Linda learned how to motivate herself and overcome adversity to achieve aggressive objectives. She has brought that high-energy personality to her ActionCOACH practice and to her clients,” he said.
Surprised by her selection, Bigler credits her energy and enthusiasm to a healthy lifestyle – and earlier in her life, she was a highly-rated gymnast and professional ski instructor. For Bigler, business coaching requires many of the same skills she learned in her sales career.
“At one time, I managed a distribution channel of more than 140 small businesses that stretched across 22 states. I understand the many issues and obstacles business owners face, but most importantly, I help my clients increase sales. Additional revenue is a tremendous short term solution for most companies, and one that buys time to implement the longer term solutions that can liberate business owners from the day-to-day operation of their company,” she said.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com
