Regularly phone your customers, and ask them to buy. You could do this under the guise of a quarterly satisfaction check, or to follow up recent direct mail shots, such as a newsletter. 

It's essential to have a powerful and natural sales script.

Hints and Tips:

  1. Ensure a great sales script, with lots of questions, is at the ready.
  2. Have a good reason for making the call... then move in for the sale.
  3. Offer a great deal on the main item you are trying to sell.
