A bit about me....

I've enjoyed a varied business career spanning the UK, Europe and the Middle East working in a variety of roles and industries and have a long track record of growing and developing businesses, building teams and improving processes, resulting in greater efficiency and profit generation. Along the way, I've picked up a Masters in Economics, a professional teaching qualification (P.G.C.E.), and an MBA from a top business school.

From education to not-for-profit organizations, large corporates to small start-ups, the main theme that runs throughout my career is a passion for helping people and businesses achieve their goals. As a result, I have been lucky enough to have coached business owners and their teams in many sectors including oil and gas, transport, media, automotive services, manufacturing, not-for-profit, telecommunications, education and retailing - businesses from £0.25m to £25m turnover - and have received many testimonials.

I also understand first hand how hard it is to build and develop your own business when you are 'in' it having been involved in a family run garden centre and have set up and run a couple of automotive related businesses.

My goal is to help small business owners, such as yourself, spend less time working in your business and more time working on your business. In the end, you'll be spending less total time working and will be making more money. I’d also like to help you put the FUN back in your business and your life.

As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.

I am here to help you change all of that. We will work together to redefine your dreams and vision, and then we will put into place the necessary systems, strategies, and tactics that will allow you to turn your business venture into a thriving, successful one.
