As an ActionCOACH Business Coach I specialize in helping small to medium sized businesses grow through improving their sales, marketing and management. I teach business owners by showing how, rather than just 'doing it for them' - they learn the principals and apply them for the rest of their business lives. Coaching guides business owners "who they need to BE, to do what they need to DO, to have what they want to HAVE".

After 25 years experience in the computer industry I wanted a change in career and lifestyle. As a Business Coach I now devote my time to helping business owners fulfill their own business aspirations and goals, bringing out the best in the people I work with.

ActionCOACH has an energy which I find exhilarating and it is this energy that helps me to inspire business owners to grow and be more successful than they could ever dream of. I increase profits by working with owners on their sales and marketing, and by building the team to help run the business, so that the owner can spend more time working ON the business than IN the business. My passion and enthusiasm for coaching is because I love being part of a team of over 1000 coaches making a real difference to thousands of business owners all over the world.
