A major learning as part of my Action coaching is the power of leverage in all area of my business. A main factor of this is time - we all have the same amount of time but what we do with it is vital. I also learnt that knowledge is power and with information so readily available via the net the use of leverage becomes even easier .So with this in mind why then was my Coach and I wasting so much valuable time travelling to each others Office for Coaching. Traffic in
Again as part of my Coaching I was encouraged to think smarter in all areas of my business so ....wasting so much time travelling just didn't make sense - there had to be a more productive way(leverage) to conduct Coaching sessions each week.
The answer was over the phone - we all have one - we also have a computer so that if something needs to be sent for the session - even during the session - we just email it and have it in minutes and the end result is that I know have an extra 2 hours to leverage as I choose. Now that’s SMART.
Whilst nothing will ever replace the face to face contact, realistically for the outcomes we are trying to achieve, they can still be delivered effectively. And our next step can be the webcam to provide that personal touch!!
We must remember that we are now in an information/technology age so it just makes sense to leverage this in every area of our business, doesn't it?

I started working with Action International business coaching exactly a year ago. I can honestly say it has been the most successful, driven, well directed year that I have had as a mortgage broker and business owner of Eastside Home Loans.
Action have given me 3 main benefits, they are:
1. Access to all the fantastic business systems that they have available, many of which are complete and ready to be modified to put into your business. These systems save a huge amount of time and set you up with the right systems, rather than “re-inventing the wheel”.
2. Direction in planning my business, I now know exactly where I want to be in 3,6,9 and 12 months time, and also in 2 , 5 and even 10 years time. This planning gives me added motivation and direction, because I actually know where I am going, rather than just “having a go”, and floundering around without direction.
3. And finally, both of the above would be useless with out being accountable to someone to make it happen. It is fantastic to have someone to help you set goals on a weekly basis, but more importantly, some one to make sure you are actually DOING the goals you set. As a result of this I am 100% confident that I got 3 times the amount of important “On my business” work done in the year than I would have other wise.
The results to my business have been enormous. My turnover has more than doubled in the year. I now have a team of 5 (when I started it was only 3) and within 3 months this number will be 8. I have systemized many of the functions of my business, with a goal of the business running without me within the next 3 years. I am hugely motivated, as a direct result of the weekly reading, and activities that I do with Andrew. I have also learnt the skills and methods of motivating my team, which is having a massive effect on the bottom line of my business.
Probably the biggest compliment that I can pay Action is that I am extending my One on One weekly coaching with them for another year. I am so confident that I can achieve 3-4 years work in 1 year by using their service that I would be mad to not continue.

It must have been two years ago that Jim Badens told me about the work he was doing with David and how business coaching was benefiting him and Joy with their business Wall Candy.
Not long after I started doing some work with you and then more recently I started coaching with Jim; who has moved from his business Wall Candy into his new business at Action Coach.
Jim is proof of the fact that coaching works and that coaching has the ability to change your life.
I had a major BFO last week and realized that I have the potential to bring my business to a position where it is ‘big’ and ‘profitable’.
Jim helped me get to this point.
Jim has the ability to see what his clients need and to help them get there. After only two months of coaching I have increased my sales per month by $10,000 since February by doing a few small things to tighten the reigns and by focusing on sales and focusing on my coaching work.
After years of baking in the kitchen; I now bake or decorate when I want too. I now enjoy waking up in the dark to come to work. My customers now like talking to me. The struggle and battle doesn’t seem so hard anymore; the triumph of succeeding in small business is something that I see as achievable.

I have been working with ACTION INTERNATIONAL for almost a year now. They have made an enormous difference to my business and to myself personally. We are a small business employing around 12 people. Mate, This guy can come to your office to have a chat to the 3 of you re your business/goals/current progress/current frustrations/career goals & to help you get more clarity on exactly what you want out of life. The "clarity' stuff is the best stuff. So many people do not even know what type of life they want, how much they want to earn and what they will do with their time even when they get there. He is highly recommended by me. Since I started with him, my turn over has increased by 1.5 times, and my profit has doubled. Moreover, he makes you have a life too. He makes you systemise your business, so it does not rely on any 1 person. His goal is to have my business running without me. This is his goal that he has for all his clients.
