I have been aware of the concept of CNEs since day 1 of joining Action, and realised how beneficial they could be not only in “wowing” others, but in building credibility with clients.

 

Since Paddi’s ideas inspired the use of CNEs within Action, it made perfect sense to seize the opportunity to experience his ideas first hand.  My expectation of gaining an insight into the methods Paddi has used to differentiate himself so successfully in his market was not only met, but surpassed thanks to Paddi’s summarisation of his techniques into models which facilitate easy translation and application into any business.

 

My BFO for the day came from the fact that Paddi’s Royal Doulton tea set creates a far greater impression with his clients than his $50,000 X-ray machine!  In other words, it is not the areas that the client doesn’t understand about your business (i.e. X-ray machine) that reinforce credibility, but the areas that they do (tea service)!

Paddi’s ideas are applicable in any business, and if such simple ideas can help to successfully differentiate a business from its competitor, there is absolutely no reason why every business should not benefit from some of them.  Add to this Paddi’s lively and humorous delivery of some great subject matter, and the day turned out to be an unmissable event.  When Paddi returns to the UK for his next workshop, I will definitely be there!

Since I went to training it was always an intention to read Paddi's books as the Happiness Centred Business hit a lot of the right chords for me.  When you told me that he was coming over for a seminar it was a no-brainer!

I expected to get lots of ideas to implement into my business and to increase my client retention, give my current clients a great CNE and to meet Paddi.  I got what I expected - plus a great dancing lesson!

I would definitely recommend it to others as Paddi truly is unique - and isn't that what we all need a bit of?  So many seminars say the same things, which although great is not as refreshing as Paddi's tea ceremony!
