• "I was intrigued by the idea of utilising the services of a business coach as I have had many years in a corporate environment at the highest levels where experience, status and power equated to supreme confidence. In my own
  relatively successful business however, I realised that these three corporate qualities would not guarantee a successful outcome, as without the "safety net", I could see that my confidence was ebbing and flowing according to the highs and lows of the performance of my business.
   
  Whilst initially skeptical of what a business coach may teach me (particularly based upon my own background as a business consultant), I overcame my reluctance primarily through the simple notion of "walk the walk, not talk the talk". Ariel is experienced and wise enough to utilise different responses and initiatives towards my wife and business partner to motivate and guide herccording to her own personal style.
   
  Ariel holds me accountable to myself, at a level far higher than I had previously set. I am moving into uncharted territory that I can see will ultimately be extremely beneficial for me as an individual, and for my business as a whole. We have developed trust and openness which is imperative for the programme to be successful. I may not "like" where I am taken from time to time; I may rebel due to my past corporate experiences; however I believe that the outcome will make me a much more self assured independent leader who in turn will provide the "safety net" for others who require it.
  
  The strategies that we are now employing and the learnings that we have already taken on board, are contributing to a more focused direction, greater awareness of our business environment and ultimately, the confidence in knowing that our business will be a success.

• We have been students of Ariel Inigo and ActionCOACH Business coaching for seven months. Since we started coaching we have moved from strength to strength. Finding the spare capital to start our coaching was difficult at the start however now that we have joined Action Coach Ariel has not only directly paid for himself each month in direct sales and cash flow management, We feel that we have also been fast tracked to early financial retirement!! Every session we walk away happy enthusiastic and determined. We have learned more in the last seven months than we have in our entire professional lives.

• When my husband Andrew said that he thought it may be worth our while to give ActionCOACH a trial I agreed and was prepared to keep a totally open mind as I had no idea what to expect.  I had started our business three years before whilst my husband was still in corporate life, he joined me eighteen months later.  Our business was doing OK however I knew that if we wanted our business to expand and be really profitable then there was still a lot we needed to learn and I was definitely up for the challenge.
  
  I was pleasantly surprised to find that our coach Ariel Inigo was not some stuffy suit that I could not relate to; instead he was a warm, friendly person with a sense of humour (definitely a bonus).  It has been three months now and during that time I have learnt so much, some things were bleeding obvious I knew them but had not acted on them. There were also other things which were totally new to me like how to write a good advertisement and how to critique it, not only was his extremely important from a marketing view point but it also opened up the creative side of my personality which hadn’t been used in quite a long time.  Thanks to DISC profiling my husband and I have learnt all about our personality types and how to communicate better with each other in our work environment without strong difference of opinions which were  counterproductive for the business.  Each of us bring different strengths to the business we can use our profiling to not only place ourselves in the most appropriate jobs but also use it to work with our staff to get better performances from them.
  
  Every day I am finding myself challenged in different ways, Ariel has well and truly drawn me out of my comfort zone. Even though it felt a bit unpleasant to start with I realise how far I have come in a very short period of time.  Coaching has made me look at my business through totally different eyes and I know that my husband and I are on the road to our first but not last very successful business thanks to ActionCOACH and Ariel.
