1. START A PRACTICE
A Practice is a "single coach" business model that offers both a solid business and a great lifestyle with a low overhead. You can work from home or an office and serve business owners and corporations everywhere in your area. It provides an opportunity for those with a strong business background to directly transfer the skills amplified by the ActionCOACH Tools and Systems. Practice opportunities are available on most islands except in the Eastern and Dutch Caribbean. Total investment to start your own Coaching & Training company is USD 46.250 (includes training, website, access everything).

2. START A FIRM
On some of our larger islands (Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Haiti, Northern Caribbean, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Suriname, Guyana) we may grant exclusive rights to market and develop ActionCOACH in specified areas. Firm owners will grow ActionCOACH in their area and will have a protected area for marketing and recruitment of unlimited number of coaches. Generally, the Firm Owner will offer the full menu of all our Coaching & Training Services to business owners and Corporate Executives and lead a team of 8 or more Business Coaches. There are no restrictions on the number of coaches employed or contracted. The total investment starts from USD 100,000 to USD 150.000 depending on the size and potential of the market.

We are looking for top professionals who can join our current Firms in Dutch Caribbean (Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, St. Maarten, St. Eustacius, Saba) or in Eastern Caribbean (Barbados, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and St. Vincent & The Grenadines).
