A big supporter of small business, Barbara’s passion is to help business owners reach the vision they have for their business.
Barbara has more than 15 years of experience in small business. Her years as a business owner give her a unique understanding of the challenges small business owners face as their business grows and changes.
Her appreciation of the value in business coaching comes not only through her many hours of training but also from working with ActionCOACH as a client. Because she has used the the ActionCOACH program as a business owner and as a coach she offers her clients an in-depth exposure to the when, what, why and how of improving their business. She personally understands the day to day challenges of running a business and how to overcome them one step at a time.
Passionate about business coaching and the possibilities it brings to the owners of small and medium businesses, Barbara coaches people how to stretch their visions and reach their goals. She believes that a business can only grow as much as its owner and that our community will only be as strong as our small businesses. She actively participates in the local business community through BNI, Women In Networking, and as a member of the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Barbara’s purpose is to increase the vision of business owners, to motivate and inspire them and their team to use their talents for the benefit of everyone.
