Prior to joining Action, Bruce's business experience stemmed from 30 years in the manufacturing and exporting sector, as the General Manager of an operation reaching $83M T/O per annum; and later as the Chief Executive Officer of an International Youth Educational Exchange programme.
His real love for his career came from not only making his operations a profitable business, but from helping his employees progress their careers and grow to new personal levels.
Bruce saw the potential to share his business knowledge and acumen with the others and began his journey with Action Coach in 2000 as a professional Business Coach in New Zealand.

1. Tenure...bruce and Marjorie originally joined ActionCOACH in 2000 by first purchasing a Primary License in New Zealand. Bruce was practising as an Action Business Coach and marjorie was the Administrative Manager controlling the office support. In 2002 Bruce and Marjorie were awarded the opportunity to become a Master Licensee in the UK and made a family decision to move here to successfully grow the territory of Scotland as a Master License region with ActionCOACH.
2. Success...Bruce and Marjorie quickly and successfully grew their ActionCOACH Coaching Business in New Zealand to 18 clients in just 12 months and after 6 months expanded the Coaching team to bring on their first ‘Associate Coach’ to keep the business growing. Since 2000 Bruce has Coached and trained in excess of 150 clients in 27 different Industries in many different aspects of Business Coaching and training.
3. Breeders of Success...Our team of local franchisees in both regions have a very strong support network that is facilitated and coordinated through the support of Bruce and Marjorie and the rest of our team. We have weekly conference calls, a Team Captain to coach each Action Coach, an Accountability Coach to help you stay focused on your 90-Day Business Plan, there is regular team trainings at least monthly, field support in Marketing, Sales and Coaching Activities when you start and later if you feel you still need it……all this support is focused on one thing – TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS AND YOUR SUCCESS.
