1 on 1 Personalised Business Coaching
How does it work? To start off, you will work with your coach to develop a plan. Once you have your plan, you and your coach will get together on a weekly basis for a strategy implimentation and review session. Depending on the program you choose, these sessions may be held at our offices, your office or via skype/phone. In addition to your weekly session your coach will be there to support you as you need, and will also critique anything you may be working on that week (ie. marketing piece, job descriptions etc.) How does my coach know what to work on? Your coach has had alot of experience building businesses, and coaching people just like you. In addition to their experience, they have systems and checklists to make sure you have covered the basic fundamentals of building and running a business. It would be great if it could be completely systemised, but I am sure you would agree that every business and every business owner is different, so each program is tailored to your needs, you and you coach will then agree on the plan together. What does it cost? To have your own personal business coach you will need to invest between $2000 and $5000 per month, depending on your needs. Of course, you wouldn't invest in a business coach unless you could see that you will get a return, that is why we guarantee to 'find our fee' in the first 17 weeks of coaching, or your coaching is free. Please make sure you ask about the conditions of the guarantee when you talk to your coach. If you feel that this level of investment is too high for you given your current circumstances, we have other programs that may suit you better. Business Coaching is not for everyone, the only way for you to decide whether or not coaching is a good fit for you is to meet with one of our coaches and have a look for yourself. One on One BLOCK If you're only after help in a specific area, then a BLOCK of time with one of specialists will help you get where you want to go! You can purchase either 5 or 10 hours of one on one time to work on a specific project.
