In addition to our one on one personlised business coaching programs we offer several other programs to help you grow your business. ActionCLUB - Business Mastery Program (Cert IV in Business) The ActionCLUB business mastery program is a 26 week business mastery program. ActionCLUB will help you build a solid foundation for your business. During this program you have your own personal accountability coach to make sure you stay on track! Each session is 3 hours in duration and you will be given workbooks, handouts and homework (we like to call it homeFUN! Maybe you'll do it then!). Session 1 - FocusRICH | Set your goals, your company vision and build a plan that works whilst ensuring you manage your time effectively. You will learn how to work ON rather than IN your business. Session 2 - CashRICH | Learn how to understand your financials. In this session you will learn how to read a P&L, do a Budget, Cash Flow forecasting and how to work out your actual break even point. You will be given all the tools you need to control your finances better! Session 3 - LeverageRICH | Learn how to massively increase your sales and profits whilst you work less hours! It's not how hard you work, but how smart you work. Session 4 - MarketingRICH | How to put together a marketing plan that works. You'll learn how to write a great ad and make sure you never wast a cent on marketing that doesnt work again! Session 5 - SalesRICH | Learn about the different personality types and how to ask the right questions. In this session you will learn how not to get objections! Session 6 - ServiceRICH | Keep your customers longer. It is 6 times easier to get an existing customer to buy from you again than it is to get a new customer. Learn what it takes to turn your customers into raving fans! Session 7 - SystemsRICH | Learn how to create and impliment systems in your business so it works without you! Session 8 - TeamRICH | This session will teach you how to recruit, lead and motivate your team. The key to a great business is a great team. Session 9 - Leverage, the Game | Take all of your learnings and practice the strategies in a safe environment. During the game of Leverage you will be given a business to run, and your job is to make more than $10k per month profit and have a fully systemized business to win! The good news is that if something goes pear shaped, you won't lose the shirt off you back! Session 10 - GrowthCLUB | One of the keys to building a business id great planning. Our GrowthCLUB days are held each quarter. During GrowthCLUB you will create your plan for the nex 90 days. Your personal business coach | During the program you get your very own personal business coach. They will work with you one on one throughout the course to make sure you are getting results!

This practical hands on program is designed to teach you all you need to know to maximise the number of leads you generate online.
