Bill is a Licensed Business Coach with ActionCOACH, the World's Leading Business Coaching Team. Working with other Action coaches across the central belt of Scotland Bill is a founding director of Business Coaching Scotland Ltd and in 2009 became an inductee into ActionCOACH’s Presidents Club. He and his team have created Centres of Excellence for Business Education and Improvement where like minded local business owners can gather to improve their knowledge and skills and achieve the successes they desire.

Since becoming an ActionCOACH over 6 years ago he has worked with and achieved success for many clients from a wide range of industries. Typical of the successes his clients have achieved are the Kitchen and Bathroom designer that increased turnover by 183% in a twelve month period and the Printer that increased turnover by 212% over a 2 year period with net profits in excess of 25%. What makes these achievements exceptional is that they were achieved without increases in the marketing and advertising budget.

Team development is another area where Bill specialises, having worked with small companies with 5 employees to large companies with over 500 employees. Bill is also a prominent member of the local business community. He runs a fortnightly business education club, is a member of and frequent speaker at the local chamber of commerce, has had numerous articles published in local newspapers and magazines and regularly presents on business matters.

With over 20 years of experience in sales, business consulting and project management Bill has first hand experience of what it is that makes a company successful.
