Hi Bill,
I wanted to write to you regarding my coaching sessions with you. Over the past few months, you have made a very positive impact on my business. The reason is that you made ME change. I began to look at my business in a completely different way following your coaching. I was sceptical at first but soon realised that I was overlooking extremely crucial aspects of the day to day running of my business. IN particular, systems. I have had a revelation of how important these are in all departments. Figures my weakness! I have more determination to become a figures person and look at my accounts in detail. I thank you for reminding me that I am the owner of my success and held accountable for good and bad decisions. I have a new boldness with my staff, I am no longer afraid to make decisions based on business not worrying about offending anyone, this has been liberating. The staff enjoyed the presentation on customer service and this has boosted confidence and given us all motivation. Overall, my belief in myself has soared and my figures are going the same way. Thank you. I look forward to our second session in the autumn. Action Coaching has been worth every penny!
Best Wishes

Dear Bill,
It is my pleasure to provide this testimonial for the services of ActionCOACH.
When Bill first spoke to me about Action, my reaction was that of most overworked and stressed people – “Bill, I don’t have time for this”. After some persuasion my brother and I commissioned Action and have seen immediate results from their practical guidance.
Despite the fact that we operate in a specialised field it soon became obvious that the “Rules of the Game” are as relevant for Plasterers as they are for any other business.
Bill and Action will help you with a number of great tactics for improving the effectiveness of your sales mechanism and will address the individual challenges that you face in your business.
It is my strong recommendation that you give Bill and Action an hour of your time – it is a small investment for a highly rewarding return.
Yours sincerely

Hi Bill,
This is to thank you for your assistance on this important project. Our meeting with the FD and purchasing manager went very well indeed. At the end of it the FD was very complimentary and we received a number of very positive buying signals throughout our presentation. I am satisfied that the presentation went as well as we possibly could have expected. The FD was talking about checking our accounts and coming up to visit us in our offices as part of his “due diligence”.
Thank you for your input. We learned a lot from you. In my case I relearned some things that I had forgotten, or about which I had become complacent. We ensured that we got plenty of buy-in all the way through our presentation. The prospects were much more involved throughout. We verified their concerns and ensured that we answered them in detail. We had been allocated an hour and were given two hours.
Kind regards,

Dear Bill,
I just wanted to write you a brief note to thank you for facilitating the Third International Student Visa Workshop in March. We believe the event was a real success and feedback so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Events like these are important not only because they allow practical issues to be discussed, but also because they add a human element onto what are often considered to be faceless institutions.
We are particularly grateful for your input and guidance both leading up to and during the event, and found that despite a few minor hiccups, the whole event ran smoothly and effectively.
With best wishes,
Mark Walmsley

Bill,
I have found the Profit Club an invaluable source of business advice and a springboard for business success.
The interaction with other business owners has been really useful. As they say "a problem shared is a problem halved" and I have been astonished that we all have collective business issues that we have managed to work through with your coaching.
I only wish we were aware of Profit Club before we wasted time joining other breakfast clubs.

Dear Bill,
I have been a member of the ProfitCLUB for over 2 years. In that time, the sessions have been mainly business information sessions provided by you and I have found them to be both stimulating and informative. The wide range of business topics covered have all been relevant to me and , I believe, the other members of the group as well. This even though we all have different backgrounds and different businesses.
I regard myself as being a well established business person, but have always believed that it is good to refresh my thinking about my business practices from time to time and am willing to learn from other business owners present as well as yourself.
ProfitCLUB meetings are helpful in that they engender a positive attitude towards business in general and particularly to the day ahead.
I would like to take this opportunity of wishing the ProfitCLUB well and hope that it continues to grow and prosper. I also look forward to continuing to play an active part in the discussions among the members during ProfitCLUB meetings.
Kind Regards
Yours sincerely

As a company, ActionCOACH has helped me tremendously in my business.
I have been able to identify the processes required to ensure that the business runs more professionally and all staff understand their roles within it. This not only helps the Company to grow, it provides them with clear goals and clarity on how to be successful within the Company.
The fortnightly ProfitCLUB meetings are very open and casual, where a wide range of business owners come together to share ideas and experiences of running a business. This was ideal for my Company, as we were not only a small business, but a new business starting up.
It was satisfying to know that other companies face the same challenges as we do, and we could talk over various situations and get some positive feedback from other members within the group.
We also have an opportunity to network with other business owners to identify where leads can be passed on.
I leave the meetings in a positive frame of mind, and tend to have a good day dealing with any issues that need addressing that day.
