When I first met Allison, I had been running the family sign business for a couple of years. I had just become absolutely paralyzed with fear. I was afraid of failure. I was afraid of growth. Afraid of no growth. I was actually afraid of success. I thought that all the fears that I encountered were –made me terminally unique. I did not realize that there were other people that were struggling through similar things. And it is through coaching with Alison where I realized how to handle those fears and actually just take a leap. It helped me let go of what wasn’t working, embrace what was working, and fly.

Allison has been great for me in helping me find my strength. In meeting with her for the business training, I had to say so little and she was able to hear more than what I had said. I knew that when it was time to take the next step in business, and my business was starting to grow, that Alison was the right person to go to. Allison really helped me to navigate those waters. She encouraged me to be who I was and developed those relationships.

I started working with Allison about three years ago. And the biggest thing that she’s done for me is, she really helped me eliminate a lot of the time wasting things that can come up when you’re running a business. I’d say in the last three years, I’ve seen increase in my business– anywhere from eight and a half to twelve percent consistently. You may think that a lot of that has to do with Allison’s coaching and some of the things we’ve been able to implement, through her coaching and just meeting with her on a regular basis just really help me grow which helps everybody else grow.

Allison’s been good for me for my business. She’s really helped me look at it from the outside set of eyes where, all the times I found myself immersed in it. And when you’re immersed in it, you’re not seeing the forest through the trees. And so, there’s times when I would just come in to tell me what I need to do to change things and sometimes it’s just stating the obvious. Sometimes, there are things hidden in plain sight that just need a little bit of improving. One of the biggest piece of my life is trying to find balance between work and play. There is really nothing I wanna do more than being able to hang out with my son and spend quality time doing things where–not only we’re doing things that are healthy but we’re developing a relationship so, I find these things to be very valuable to me. And anyway I can do my business to make it more efficient, the better.
