Monthly FREE Workshops

Every month we hold FREE workshops for Business Owners on various topics they need to know to improve the financial performance of their businesses and the operational performance of their teams.   They are held normally on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, at 2 different times:  8:30am to 10:30am, and 11:30am to 1:30pm.  They rotate between the Office Key locations in West Chester, Blue Ash, Hyde Park, Downtown Cincinnati, and Erlanger in Northern KY.

For the balance of 2011, the topic of these workshops is an Overview of the ActionCOACH Proven Effective Business Planning Process.  If you do not have an effective business plan for the growth of your business, or do not track the results you are achieving in your business activities, then you need to come to our workshop.

If you give us 2 hours of your time, we will show you many ideas you can use to grow your business immediately.   And every business owner who attends the workshop is offered a FREE 1 hour, 1-2-1 session with ActionCOACH Bob Viney to review the ideas they want to implement in their business, and develop the steps needed to put those ideas into ACTION in their business.
