When considering taking in Brad's 90 day planning session, I wondered if I would get much value from a single day of planning. It meant a full day away from my work and thus a large financial investment.
I'm glad I decided to attend and have since committed to a years worth of Action Coach events.
A huge benefit for me was that I didn't have to research or discover, on my own, what a small business owner should be considering when planning. Brad covered a bunch of areas that apply to all owners and businesses, and then discussed specific improvement strategies in each of these areas. I simply chose the areas most applicable to my business, broke them down into manageable task work and made sure those tasks added up to a reasonable amount of time for me over the next quarter.

The 90 day planning session helped me to get organized in my business development efforts: to get clear on, and develop plans around my most important projects.
