Book Review: Michael Gerber's The E-Myth Revisited
If I had to recommend only one book for business people to read, this would be it. It is a fantastic book that will open your eyes as to how to run a business. It is based around a story of a simple pie shop, but nevertheless relates to every business no matter how big or small.
The book discusses the role of the technician, the manager and the entrepreneur in business and outlines how you - the business owner must be willing to involve yourself in each of these roles.
If you haven’t read the book, then go and get a copy. We have copies available at our office in Camberwell or you can pick a copy up from most bookstores. If you have read it, then drag it out and read it again, you will get a whole lot more ideas the second, and third, and fourth time you read it.
