When you have a new product (or even an old one), why not let your customers take it home and try it for free? Not only will you get plenty of feedback on it (and a handful of testimonials), you’re likely to sell stacks.
Your customers are naturally predisposed to buying from you, and letting them try something free is usually all the bait they need.
Hints and Tips ...
- Make sure they know how to get the best out of the product.
- The day before it’s due back, tell them they can keep it, 20 per cent cheaper than retail! You might build this margin into the original price.
- Keep in contact during the trial period to ensure the product hasn’t just been put under the bed.
