I must say that I was very excited with the results from the first coaching session.  The change in the attitude from my staff since Charmian coached us was unbelievable!!  Our turnover started to accelerate at an average of 7 % per month, and staff moral was very high.  The atmosphere in our office has totally changed, most important outcome was the accountability from staff, now they have the same vision as mine.  Charmian we thank you for what you have done!

We had a small business that we wanted to take to the next level & I am the driving force in my business so far as I am the person who has the ideas and it seemed that it was up to me.  Trying to think of where we were going to go all the time in the business, I really felt like I was struggling. 

I met Charmian at a business networking event and you go with your gut feeling and the rapour that you have with the person. I thought I would go and discuss it with her and I would decide on what I thought and where we would go from there at a meeting. 

She started to ask some really simple questions like; How much time do you spend working? How much time do you spend with the kids? How much time do you spend with your husband? After those 3 questions I was nearly crying so it was probably a good place to start on where we would go. We went forward and it has been really fantastic! 

We have been able to take our business to another level. We started with a database, an obvious thing that we didn't have in place. So we have done that & we have also been able to implement some really great systems to get things going. We actually know where our money goes, we know what cashflow we have, we know what we need to have each day to open the doors in the business. I now have time with my kids, I work less and I achieve more in my day.  So it has actually been beneficial in all facets of the business and my personal life .  And my husband who was a bit of a drag along & said lets see how we go, has actually been really impressed to the point where he actually timesheets himself so he knows what he is doing everyday and is a lot more productive.  So we have been able to really implement some fantastic changes with the help of Charmian and the systems that she has in place.
