Once I saw how this has been affecting my relationships with our prospective clients, I realised I needed to re-establish these relationships as being two adults.

With Chris sat with me, I phoned 4 of these clients where their proposal has gone nowhere for what seemed like ages, and had a ‘grown up conversation’ about I wanted their business, but didn’t need it - and I needed an answer as to whether we would be working together or not.

Out of these 4 calls, 2 pro fused that they were in fact ready to start work immediately, and one of those calls resulted in us winning a 6-month project with our South African client. 

Chris is focused, engaging, kind and always works in the best interest of his client. 

Since 2010 the business has been growing at an average rate of 37% per year, we have recently expanded into South Africa, have an excellent pipeline work and I will be expanding the business into the USA next year - all of this started from a little office on York St John university campus.

Who is Chris Fordy

My experience of growing my own company from scratch to £12 million turnover in 13 years, before we sold to Siemens has helped me guide many businesses to significant and rapid growth, while ensuring that the business owners and leaders get more time to focus on the business growth and also enjoy their roles more.

 

I love business and I believe it is important to keep my own business skills current. So alongside my own coaching business, I am also building a leisure business that will achieve a turnover in excess of £1m in its first year and over £1.5m by year three.
