Christina Jackson has always been enthusiastic about helping to get things working better in businesses and is an expert at getting results through a systematic approach to sales and marketing, team building, motivating employees, and setting up business systems and training programmes. Coaching and mentoring has always been a passion of hers - helping people to grow and enjoy their work to the full, and also to encourage them to pass that on, has given her the greatest satisfaction in life, and helped her to keep moving forward too.

Having enjoyed an exciting career in the business-to-business services sector - working in the UK and worldwide, living in Canada, Hong Kong and New York,  Christina decided it was time to get out of the corporate world and use her skills on a more individual level. ActionCOACH has given her the perfect opportunity to help business owners in the southwest London area to achieve their goals and enjoy a more balanced life. 

Christina believes that whatever you do should add more LIFE to your years, not more YEARS to your life so she enjoys doing a variety of things outside of her business - she works closely with various local Chambers of Commerce. She is Past President of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and currently still on the Executive, which allows her to work with the local business community.  Christina volunteers with a couple of charities - at the London Wetland Centre she gives guided tours, helping people to understand how important wetlands are to the world, and as a 'Friend' of the Rotary, she helps out at some of their fundraising events which helps not only the local community but further afield too.  She has been a scuba diving fanatic for the last 17 years and when she's not doing that, the garden and her dog keep her fit! 

Christina is delighted to have received various awards, London Coach of the Year 2008, the European Action Man Award 2007, the Team Player of the Year - 2007/8 London Region,  2007 Coaches Choice "Network Coach" Europe and recently was inaugurated by Brad Sugars into the 'PRESIDENT'S CLUB' at the ActionCOACH Global Conference in Newport Beach in August 2008.
