I have been with Christina Jackson of Actioncoach since September 2011, meeting weekly and quarterly as well as ad hoc support inbetween. With Christina’s help and guidance I have seen a massive positive change to myself and my business. I now realise what my personal goals are, the reason why I am in business in the first place, and more importantly what I need to achieve in order to meet those personal goals. I have learnt to let go of the task which others can now do, and have employed 2 more people in order to succeed in my business targets and also relieving the burden on my time. One key phrase I have learned over the last 6 month is this “To prepare myself and my business for growth”. With Christina’s help I now know what I don’t know. I was sceptical before taking on a business coach that no-body could know my business in as much detail as I. But through reading one of the many books she has given me, and through our weekly meetings it is apparent that the business of doing business is the same the world over, it’s only the product that is different. This was amazing to me as although I am incredibly technical, I know nothing about marketing, working to targets, HR, planning, training, budgets, accounts, QC, team building, networking to name a few areas. Thankfully Christina has a solution and educational product for each area of business. With her support and knowledge of many, many systems, processes, tricks and tools for every single challenge I have come up against I am gaining confidence that there is really nothing to stop my business becoming world class. We have already seen an increase in turnover, client retention and profit many times more than the cost of her services. I have been so impressed that members of my team are now on a similar course run by her. Although we have come incredibly far and have implemented budgetary controls, team growth planning, training grids, operations manuals, marketing plans etc, there is still so much to do.
