Upon graduation from college with a degree in physics and nuclear engineering, Chuck was commissioned into the US Navy and was a top rated combat proven carrier fighter pilot. Leaving the Navy for the business world he became the youngest director at Lockheed Martin serving as Director of Business Development and Program Manager, with program responsibilities in excess of $3 billion a year. He then took on the challenge of building a small company. As Senior VP and GM he helped grow the company over 1000% in 5 years and went from a domestic only operation to having manufacturing facilities in 6 countries, selling in 60+ countries, and is a worldwide brand. The company was sold to a private equity group and is continuing to grow. His next challenge was as CEO of a NYSE company where he doubled sales in the first year and brought the company back to profitability. Chuck then took his knowledge and love for helping companies to a new venture founding a global consulting group. After a year of working programs from California to Bahrain it was then that he chose to leverage the ActionCOACH system. Chuck is both a Certified Business Coach as well as a Certified Executive Coach.
