As a small business owner of about 18 years, and growing up in a family full of small business owners, I know first hand what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run a business and personal life. My coaching ability originated from my favourite pastime, as I have spent probably 20 years or more training others to help them enjoy the exciting sport of Yacht racing and develop their individual and team skills in the process. Many students requested that I be their coach on subsequent courses. Over the last 5 years I have also Coached my daughters soccer team to 2 years undefeated League Championships and enjoying the challenge of Coaching my Over 35s team as player/coach.
