The Business Alignment Process

The Alignment process is your chance to have an outside professional evaluate your business, and identify the areas of untapped potential.  Newcastle based Business Coach Clive Jones will start you off with an in-depth look at your goals both business & personal and how you see your business in the future. The Alignment starts to create a road map for the future of your business. The first step to the Alignment process is to fill out a short questionnaire and send that back to us.  We will then contact you to arrange a suitable time to conduct the next (more in-depth) step together.

The Alignment session takes about 3-4 hours and it is recommended that all business partners be involved in this process. During the session we start to identify what is needed for your Action Plan for the next twelve months, and we often uncover for you a number of hidden obstacles to your success in the process. Your motivation will also come from the process, and your personal motivation is what will drive your business success. The StartupCOACH program is designed for owners of small businesses or managers who know they want more out of their business but don't know how to get it. It's really for businesses, which have just started and don't have the infrastructure to take full advantage of the more in-depth programs, or just need an injection of enthusiasm and guidance each month.
