1. I have over 30 years of hands-on business experience ranging from operating a single business unit to leading the operations of a multi-billion dollar division of a Fortune 500 company.
2. I co-founded a very successful retail start-up.  My co-founders and I grew the company from a concept to a national chain of 260 profitable stores with sales of $2.5B and over 10,000 employees.
3. Throughout my business career, I have consistently delivered exceptional financial results, built high quality teams, and personally developed and guided future leaders.
4. I have broad-based experience in operations, marketing & advertising, employee relations, recruiting & training, management development, product & visual merchandising, planning & design, real estate, customer service, and business process & organizational design.
5. I am an enthusiastic and supportive graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California.
6. I am the President of a northern New Jersey non-profit organization, and volunteer my time at my church as a committee chairperson and in the church choir.
7. I married my high school sweetheart and I am the proud Dad of three successful grown children.
8. My passions include getting results for my clients, golf, investing, outdoor sports, jazz music, and enjoying life!
