Gold Program  (Customized Weekly Owner and Team Program)

Based on weekly coaching sessions. the Gold program is designed for those business owners who are determined to achieve significant growth in the next 12 months.  It is a comprehensive program including coaching/training services the owner and coach agree are needed in one monthly fee.  It's ideal for businesses in which the owner wishes to invest a significant amount of time in coaching and/or who can leverage other team members to share in the work needed to move the business ahead as quickly as possible.  It is also the best option for an owner that has a team in place and anticipates needing additional coaching for other team members, regular group training sessions, etc.  Business Alignment, Team Alignment, Team training sessions, as well as additional coaching and work with other team members are included in one monthly fee.

This program is not for the faint hearted or the non-committed; it is for those business owners who are really willing to make a difference and are not afraid of taking on challenges. With the Gold program, your personal and your business goals are combined. You understand that introducing systems and performance standards are the key to achieving what you want from your business in the future. Yes, we work on all areas of your business, but as your Coach, there is more demand to really perform and not let you get away with all those old habits that have been holding you and your business back. You must be committed to change. The Gold Program is customized to your specific goals and company situation.

Silver Program  (Weekly Owner Coaching Program)

The Silver Program is designed for those businesses that are determined to achieve significant growth in the next 12 months but does not have a large team and/or who prefer to pay for additional services separately.  It is an ala carte program, in that other coaching training or critique services that the owner and coach agree are needed, are paid for separately.  The Silver Program is best for a business owner who has few or no team members and does not anticipate a need for additional services.  Your business is probably already going well but you may need to rapidly expand your customer base, introduce a new product or open another outlet. You have some really good staff members in place but your business is struggling to reach its full potential. You are probably working far too many hours a week and the business would not be able to survive without your constant input.

Bronze Program (Bi-monthly Team Program)

  Based on coaching sessions twice a month, the Silver Program is designed for smaller businesses where the owner wants more out of their business but lack the time or resources in invest in weekly coaching.  It is a comprehensive program, in that additional coaching services that the owner and coach agree are needed are included in one monthly fee.  It's ideal for businesses in which the owner is still spending so many hours working "in" the business that s/he can devote only 2-3 hours per week to a coaching program but in which the owner can leverage other team members to share in the work needed to move the business ahead.  It is a great option for an owner who anticipates needing additional coaching for other team members, regular group training sessions, etc.

Copper Program (Bi-monthly Owner Program)

Based on coaching sessions twice per month, The Bronze Program is designed for smaller businesses where the owner or manager wants more out of their business but lack the time or resources to invest in weekly coaching, who do not have a team, and/or does not anticipate a need for significant additional coaching or training services. It is also recommended as a follow up program for business owners that have completed a year or two of weekly one-to-one mentoring.
