About Business Coach Dave Beam

Hello. I'm David Beam, and I have been the Action Coach franchise owner and business coach for the Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia TriState area for over seven years. I am blessed to be a part of ActionCOACH, the number one business coaching and training franchise in the world. Action Coach has over 1,000 offices located in over 200 countries around the world. I have over twenty years of experience working with business owners and managers. I work as a generalist in all areas of business including increasing cashflow, time management, goal setting, marketing, sales, systems, customer service, and team development. My specialty is people - helping them be better in communication and relationships. Better relationships result in happier customers, employees, and owners. The result is increased profit and joy all at the same time. I enjoy coaching individuals, and coaching and training groups, and even keynote speaking.

I have been happily married to Connie for 26 years and have three sons. I also am a Biblical Counselor where I help people work through personal and marriage problems, and hold a certification with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors.
