A personal note from us:

We offer a variety of free training through various partners like the Ashland Alliance in Ashland, KY, the Portsmouth Main Street Group in Portsmouth, OH and the Barboursville Rotary Club in Barboursville, WV to name a few.

The core of our business however, and where the majority of businesses find the most value, is in one-on-one consultation paired with monthly accountability; we call it "Business Coaching." We have the business experience and know-how backed by world-class training through our parent company ActionCOACH. This gives us the ability to help owners of small to medium size businesses grow their businesses and tackle tough issues like cash-flow and marketing. It also allows us to lend a helping hand to managers and HR representatives who work with larger corporations to deal with specific problems in areas such as employee relations, sales & customer service, leadership development, and team building.

Most businesses are wary of any kind of consultation or outside help, so we recommend that they take advantage of some of the free training we offer. As business owners, managers, and employees walk away from these events with valuable new ways to improve and change it allows us to build trust and personal rapport as a business resource.
