1-on-1 Coaching Programs

I have coached hundreds of business owners in the TriState area and helped them achieve significant results in their businesses. Action's 1-on-1 coaching programs focus business owners and management teams to devote the time necessary to achieve measurable results.  As your coach, I will meet with you and your key team members on a weekly basis.  The format and duration of these sessions will be mutually determined and depend on your level of service.  These sessions are for the purpose of discussing your progress, setting goals, and helping you get clarity around your priorities so that you can take action that will produce results. These sessions can also be scheduled to include team meetings as appropriate.

 In addition to your coaching sessions, I will provide a critique of your marketing, sales, and team building pieces.  This is to insure that your advertising material has the greatest chance for success and that you have a complete review of all materials.  This service also includes secret shopper evaluations as needed. The team training topics include leadership, management, communication, sales, customer service, marketing, advertising, team recruitment, planning, goal setting, and personal organization.  I can also meet as necessary with key suppliers and customers to gain information for improving your customer service and systems.  

The most significant changes that occur through coaching are the way you think and respond to business and life.  Thinking drives action which produces results.  My intention is to produce a sustainable change in your life and business that happens at the thinking level.  I also teach you how to coach your team so they can achieve the same results.
