The main factor that influenced my decision to work with an ActionCOACH Business Coach was being able to develop and pioneer the business forward using an independent business brain.
We have transformed our systems; analysis of daily business is now down to minute detail. We decided who we are as a business and who our customers are, developed staff and management roles.
One of the most useful tools we developed was a system analyzing key ratios and performance indicators which in catering in particular is a very important management tool. We then extended these systems to further analyse other key aspects of the business. Other important tools that were developed include a company organogram outlining the roles of every employee (including the Managing Director) within the business.
David has helped me get a proper handle on my personal time management skills allowing me to spend more time enjoying the finer things in life……indeed trying to have a life outside of work!
