Deb Aungst is no stranger to business both as a business owner and competitive player in the corporate world…She brings more than 21 years of experience to the business community in Central Ohio.  After enjoying successes in sales and in the arena of training and development, Deb is eager to share her passion and exuberance to create sustainable results with owners of small and medium sized businesses.
 
Deb is an experienced consultant having run her own training and development firm.  She offers a proven track record and extensive insight in the areas of sales, marketing, customer service and team building.

Deb is eager to draw from her wealth of experience in diverse settings including health care, communications manufacturing, insurance, education and banking.  She has developed teams in both profit and not for profit companies where she led with passion and heart. 

After finally deciding what she wanted to be when she grew up, Deb is taking on the challenging and fulfilling role to pursue her dream career as a business coach. Adept at active listening, she possesses an innate skill to bring out the best in others with her sincere praise and offers of encouragement.  She also can motivate others towards their goals with a dogged determination and can do spirit.

Living and working throughout the state of Ohio has given Deb an appreciation for the challenges and opportunities that exist for businesses in both rural and urban communities.  She has resided in Sunbury, Ohio since 2002 and is a graduate of The University of Akron and The Ohio State University.  She is very much at home in Sunbury where she volunteers in a food pantry and as a Sunday school teacher.

Deb believes that business owners should not only work IN their business but ON their business to truly become successful.  ActionCOACH is focused on accomplishing just that!
