The Building a Sustainable Enterprise program is for those business leaders determined to kick their business into a higher gear, by achieving solid, measurable goals.  These businesses may already be experiencing modest growth through solid groundwork with a dedicated team of players.  This program compliments existing infrastructure, and makes growth more robust.  It works from a premise that working with a Business Coach will make a real difference in both the owner’s lifestyle, and by enhancing the value position of the business in the marketplace.  While all areas of the enterprise are considered, there is heightened demand on the senior leaders to create consistent profits in an inconsistent world (making the business more attractive to investors!).  This program involves coaching key personnel in addition to the owner.
