Doug Savidge is no stranger to business success… as a seasoned business executive in the corporate world… Leaving a highly successful career as a chief marketing officer and senior sales leader in health care, Doug started on his entrepreneurial journey by joining ActionCOACH, as a business coach. His business gives him an ideal opportunity to utilize his wealth of experience in sales, marketing, business development and general management. Most of all, Doug loves the practice of business and he has passion for the incredible people who pursue their dreams in building their own enterprise.

Doug, who holds a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in health and business administration, is an experienced business leader and has a proven and successful track record in many aspects of running a business . . . including revenue growth, cost management, advertising and team building, spending the last 20 years growing revenues and profits in billion dollar businesses.

Living and working in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Upstate New York has given Doug an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that exist for businesses in urban and rural areas, whether they be small or large organizations. Doug is uniquely positioned to introduce the sophistication of large corporate America and help business owners in the Greater Susquehanna Valley enjoy the very same benefits of running a big business.

Doug's experience is diverse with his career requiring the successful sales & marketing to many industries, including wholesale, retail, manufacturing, Fortune 500 companies, and the service industry. He has worked for companies with 5 to 700 team members. Along the way, he has been very active in community, non-profit and church organizations.

Doug's passion is for coaching people and he has achieved extraordinary success coaching teams in marketing, product development, telemarketing, communications and service support, including leadership of multi-million dollar turnarounds and exceptional new growth sales performance throughout his career.

Doug is thrilled to be back in Central Pennsylvania and feels very much at home in Lewisburg. He has married to his wife Helga for 21 years and they have two children, 15 and 18 years of age. He also has great passion for his family and his faith, and has an innate skill in bringing out the best in the people he works with in business and in life.
