“Since beginning working with my ActionCOACH, Drew Dobson, we have implemented several strategies to allow me to reach my long term plans for Keystone Contractors.  Firstly, we began working on the financials, and getting a complete understanding of them.  We then put into place a budget for 2009 that was aggressive and was for a 23% increase over 2008 and included, sales, expenses, and profit for me.  We began working on strategies to reduce expenses, and have reduced job material expenses (which are my largest expense) by more than 10%.  We have implemented a long term recruitment process to ensure I get quality employees, and have already hired two people from that process.  Finally, after having a budget in place for the first quarter of 2009, and results to compare it to, we finished over budget in revenue by 19.72%, and over budget in profit by 41.89%”
