Brad Sugars returned to the position of CEO for ActionCOACH in August 2007. As CEO, he is responsible for deciding the vision and strategy of ActionCOACH worldwide and setting the direction on how to get there. He is also responsible for the company’s culture – enrolling and inspiring the entire ActionCOACH team to live and abide by our 14 Points of Culture, an integral element that sets ActionCOACH apart and truly makes it the world's leading business coaching firm.

As Global Financial Controller, Wayne is responsible for the reliability of ActionCOACH's financial records and for the adequacy and effectiveness of the company’s overall system of internal control. Wayne believes that corporate guidance on all financial matters is an obligatory function of this role, and that measuring sustainable competitive advantages of the ActionCOACH is key to ongoing business success.

Wayne’s strong profit center management experience was gained in the consumer products industry sector with a major organization. Those credentials include high-level business support across multiple channels; strategic planning; financial and operations management; new product development, acquisitions and new market development.

Management Accountant


Nick Gott joined the ActionCOACH team in London, and relocated to the Las Vegas office in April 2007. In his role, he manages and oversees all international accounts and finances in the United Kingdom and Europe, including territories throughout the Asia Pacific region. He works closely with many of ActionCOACH’s Master Licensees and Business Coaches, most recently announced his engagement to be married this September.

Global Accounts Payable

Eveline specializes in global accounts payables and receivables ActionCOACH. Originally based in Jakarta, Indonesia, Eveline previously headed Finance and Accounting at a property management firm with holdings throughout the Asia Pacific region. A graduate of Atmajaya Catholic University in Jakarta, she has made Las Vegas her home since May of 2007. A world traveler, she resides with her husband and daughter, Caroline.

As the Administration Officer, Wendy oversees many functions that keep ActionCOACH running smoothly day-to-day. These include Contract Administration and Compliance, Human Resources and General Office Operations. Prior to ActionCOACH, Wendy held similar positions in companies ranging from investment firms to manufacturing. She joined ActionCOACH in February after relocating from Denver, Colorado.

Jason is responsible for all legal aspects of the ActionCOACH’s operations throughout the world. This includes corporate legal strategy; legal compliance; protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights; maintenance of global registers and brand protection in each jurisdiction in which the company operates. He holds a double degree in Law and International Business, and he is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. Jason enjoys the challenges of working with the World’s Number #1 Business Coaching Firm, and is committed to expanding the company into new and emerging markets..

Michael is currently Director of Franchise Development. He has spent the last thirty years growing franchise companies in the food, automotive, and service industries. Michael is also a past franchisee, so he understands both sides of franchise development. His primary area of discipline is building relationships with the franchise community. Michael has long been active with a variety of franchise consultants, and has for many years been part of the guest speaking program with the International Franchise Association (IFA)..

As the Director of Marketing, Jodie seeks to continually improve ActionCOACH's competitive position via the profitable marketing of the company’s products and services.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Jodie worked in both strategic and creative roles in direct marketing, advertising and management, and as a copywriter and journalist. She is currently pursuing her MBA through Open Learning Australia.

Marketing & Sales Assistant


Allyson oversees all day-to-day interaction between the sales and the marketing departments, as well as prospective coaches joining ActionCOACH. She brings eight years of prior experience with the North American sales team to her current role. Before she joined ActionCOACH, Allyson worked in the medical technology field and joined a Fortune 500 company as the first salaried manager in its Western division at the age of 19, when the required age was 21.

Copywriter

Michael Horvath has more than a decade of brand marketing experience on the corporate, public relations and advertising agency sides of the industry. He has led and helped build successful campaigns for hundreds of companies in a variety of categories, including Harrah’s, Gold’s Gym, Sprint PCS, Volkswagen and Chevrolet. He has also helped dozens of small businesses leverage modest budgets for great results based on the "big agency" strategies he implemented for them.

Social Media Coordinator

Alexis leads ActionCOACH's in-house social media optimization initiative to build the company's brand presence on professional and social media networks including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and MySpace. She also performs video editing, blogger outreach, development of HTML e-mail blasts and infringements of the ActionCOACH online brand.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Alexis gained experience with internet marketing, social media campaigns and search engine optimization through independent projects.
Alexis holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and media studies from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she studied video editing, podcasting, print journalism and radio production.
In her spare time, Alexis is involved with an entertainment and social commentary blog, as well as music.

SEO Specialist

Windy Frost leads ActionCOACH’s SEO efforts and online branding campaigns. Prior to joining the firm, Windy was a Marketing Director for an IT company and an investment company, where she specialized in online marketing web analysis, and focused on increasing website traffic through targeted internet marketing campaigns. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Windy also holds a degree in marketing and management with a minor in journalism.

Adam is the lead designer for ActionCOACH, and has more than a decade of graphic design experience for companies on both U.S. coasts, including GES, Williams, Bally’s and Digital Juice, one of the leading digital stock and motion graphics agencies in the world. While there, he won two Telly Awards for excellence in commercial design. At ActionCOACH, he oversees all branding and design initiative from conception to completion and it is his goal to create a consistent and recognized brand standard for the company and its Coaches. An accomplished pianist, he was the first non-adult ever to play solo with the Miami Symphonic Orchestra. In his spare time, he composes music, writes screenplays and is an avid photographer..

Nathan brings a depth of knowledge in business and technical operations. As a Manager at the age of 21, Nathan managed property developments alongside several medium to large businesses. In 2001, he was named Chief Operations & IT Manager for ActionCOACH for Australia and New Zealand .

Nathan left the company in 2003 to pursue a role of Managing Director in his family's large manufacturing organization. Nathan has always managed people, built systems and enjoyed IT regardless of the roles he has held. His enthusiasm and ability for real world business results delivers effective solutions time and time again. Always thinking inside and outside the “box,” Nathan returned in mid-2006 to support ActionCOACH’s continually expanding operations.

Daniel oversees the day-to-day operations of the ActionCOACH IT systems.  Daniel has worked in IT his entire life, and brings over 15 years of technical experience to ActionCOACH.  He is an online pioneer, having been involved in many projects that now make up what we know as the Internet.  Daniel thinks of himself as something of a technology mentor, and loves the opportunity to help our coaching community learn how they can better leverage technology in their businesses.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys watching sporting events, restoring classic arcade video games, pinball machines and cooking.  He also has a ravenous appetite for classic literature.  Most of all, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family.

Dave’s early career involved playing with guns and rockets for the military, work as a professional drummer and helping build businesses for other people in sectors ranging from packaging and logistics to clothing and aviation. After starting his own business, Dave decided to become a Business Coach and soon become one of ActionCOACH’s top coaches in the region. As Director of Training for ActionCOACH, Dave’s role is to develop and deliver training and support programs to our global Coach community. Married to the girl he met at school, he has two inspiring sons – Jonathan and Richard. Dave’s friends and colleagues call him “Dutch.”

Brandon Vinall worked his way through school before serving his country in Iraq, where he was deployed for a year. Upon his return, Brandon continued to serve in the Army Reserve as a drill instructor and worked in various roles in sales, as well as the security and real estate marketing industries. After joining ActionCOACH, Brandon served as the company’s Junior IT Systems Administrator. Currently, he is responsible for Training support and logistics, and assists the ActionCOACH Training Department in coordinating training and technical services for new and incoming Coaches.

Chris’ primary responsibilities involve supporting coaches globally, optimizing their results, and making everyone in the ActionCOACH organization more successful. His background includes business coaching, entrepreneurship, corporate business development, operations, and project management.  A specialist in executive placement, Chris is expert in connecting companies with high-caliber executive talent and driving executive relationships.

Experienced in a number of industries including industrial software, hospitality, telecommunications, power generation, and manufacturing, Chris is a former United States Marine Corps logistics officer, NCAA national rowing champion and holds an MBA from Boston University. Raised in Indiana, he lived most of his life in Florida. He currently resides with his wife in Las Vegas.

Jane brings over 10 years experience in Event and Office Management, as well as being a qualified International Travel Consultant, coordinating the Regional and Global conferences for ActionCOACH. She is passionate about the role she plays in uniting teams from around the world at these events. Jane also supports ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars as his personal assistant.

Nick began his career serving seven years active duty in Military Intelligence and another 13 years in various other DoD/Intelligence related positions.  Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he has held key roles in several commercial startup operations, including Oracle Corporation’s Consulting business, which today represents a large portion of their multi-billion dollar revenue stream.

After being an active franchise owner/coach in Colorado/USA for several years, Nick is currently the Director of Global Training for ActionCOACH and lives in Las Vegas, NV.  Nick manages the ActionCOACH Academy (Induction) Training for new coaches, and also plays a key role in all subsequent training programs.  He is also responsible for establishing and maintaining standards within these training offerings and working with all of the regions to ensure that innovations are implemented, tested and measured and then incorporated into the standard product set.
