Employing the service of Eamon Rooney of Action Coach to be my business coach for the past year has been the best strategic move I made in my business so far.

When we first started, the condition of my business was literally: "sick & tired".   As owner of the business, I was "sick & tired" of the
business being "sick & tired".  It felt like I was trying to push through concrete walls, in my efforts to improve my business, because I was
not able to find the open doors to stroll through and thus create new leads and finalize new contracts.   I found myself rationalizing all the
reasons why I wasn't getting very many results lately.  The so-called"Weak State of the Economy" was my very favorite excuse to lean on.
It was also a handy excuse to "go to the Seashore" and lose intensity.

And so, it was a sudden, though subtle, turning on of the lights again, when you began to coach, guide, support, inform, suggest and most
importantly, 'get' who I was as a person, as a practicing professional and as a business owner.   Even more importantly, you supported my
own re-validation of who I was and what my goals/commitments are.

I'm now back into action, in a profound way, but working within a disciplined framework that you and I have built together,
and I have so many active new leads working.
