As a small business owner myself, I know what it is like to worry about the day-to-day survival of the business and making the amount of money needed to run my business and personal life. I understand what it’s like to put in long hours and wonder what happened to the dreams and vision I had for my life and future.

I am here to help you change all of that. We will work together to redefine your dreams and vision, and then we will put into place the necessary systems, strategies, and tactics that will allow you to turn your business venture into a thriving, successful one.

A personal biography …

1) Successful Business Executive, Owner, and Coach with 30 years of knowledge and experience in Marketing and Sales; Organizational Leadership and Management; Team Building, Recruitment, and People Development; Operations and Finance; Business Process Improvement; Systems and Technology; Customer Service; Strategic Planning; Succession and Exit Planning; and Transitioning Family Businesses. Has personally coached more than 60 business owners and 140 business leaders, guiding them in creating a vision and goals for their business and personal lives, and then coaching them to rapidly deploy strategies for growing their revenue and profits.

2) Business Unit CEO growing a technology-based business specializing in HR process re-engineering and outsourcing by an annual growth rate of 90% per year over a 5-year period. Grew the professional services team from 10 to 250 people over that same 5-year period.

3) Entrepreneur who, as Chief Technology Officer, helped to guide the $25M HR process re-engineering and outsourcing business described above through a series of three mergers and acquisitions over a 5-year period. Purposefully created a business that worked without him. With 8 of his partners, built an exit plan and sold the business for over $100M, allowing him and his partners to reap the full benefits of their 10 years of effort.

6) Happily married to Karen, his high-school sweetheart. Together they have raised a family of 5 kids and 15 grandkids. Home is Spring Lake, NJ and Hilton Head Island, SC. Enjoys spending time with kids and grandkids, traveling, dining out, reading business books, finding new gadgets, walking the beach, and having fun with family and friends.
