I am writing to thank you for the help and assistance you have given MT Waste Management over the past 6 months, since the commencement of our partnership we have managed to clear out a lot of dead wood and pave the way for a much more prosperous future. Mike and I wanted to say thank you for your help with our Air conditioning Business.
You have got us to focus on systems and put them into place such as:
Training schemes, An electronic diary system which has given great results with our “Time mastery” by improving what we do and when we do it. It gives us peace of mind to know we are doing the right things and has given us back at least 4-5 hours a week that we used to spend wasting time, we now work smarter in the business and are getting better results.
The Sales system is now in place with tracking of leads and improving the conversion rate to customers. As a result we are now closing 3 out of 5 opportunities, which represents a 20% increase already!. Your teaching on sales techniques has been a brilliant Return on Investment and we are looking forward to doing more…
