I really achieved a tremendous amount of help both in my business and in professional development terms from the coaching. I found that by implementing an Action Plan, which was personalised to suit my particular business, I was able to spend time focusing on the areas which I had difficulty with . Because I had a regular meeting with the Coach, I had the motivation to actually get results. In a self employed role, it is difficult to set targets for oneself and stick to them . Coaching allows you to hold a mirror up to yourself and take a good look . In any areas that require attention, the coach guides and gently pushes you to resolve outstanding tasks .
