I am an ActionCOACH business coach based in London with over 20 years experience in business. My previous roles range from being a humble trainee accountant to a general manager and financial analyst where I was responsible for turning heavy losses into record profits within twelve months.

I have also owned and run my own business for a number of years. The business grew in the first few years then hit a stagnant phase and after that went into to decline and I was working more hours than I ever worked. That’s when I took action and employed the services of an action coach. Within 12 months he transformed my life both personally and through the business as we went back to profitability. I have held the unique position of having first being coached by an action coach as a business owner and later becoming an action coach.

I have extensive experience in assessing the commercial environment, managing budgets and driving process improvements. As an accomplished communicator I have the expertise to engage multinational clients, manage colleagues and business partners and lead and inspire teams to achieve first rate results in intensely competitive markets. In all of my senior roles I have been involved in organisational change to enable growth for the business.

I have a love of learning and feel as though every day I learn something new from working with fellow business owners. I also have real passion for sharing my experiences with the people I come into contact with. Apart from my ability to listen I believe the key to my success is having the breadth of experience to be able to work with any business whether it be old or new, small or large, and help address whichever areas the owners feel need attention.

I have had 20+ years hands on experience in developing companies, creating and executing strategies, and building great teams experience that I am able to draw on for you as a client. I know from my experience how lonely it can be running a company, and how difficult it is to build a business and a team that can succeed.

This empathy helps me to help you get through the dark days and cast off whatever is holding you back. I have gone through severe cash flow challenges; I have experienced the problems of market downturns as well as the problems of rapid growth. In short, I know what you are going through and how to help you.
