Group CoachingActionCLUB - 12 month programme of group and individual coaching sessions
...for everything from setting your goals and vision right through to team building, marketing, sales and many of the basic fundamentals you need to get your business really moving. It's like getting a semester of business education and it's all proven in the real world and ready for you to implement immediately. So you're focused on what you can do today to get your business moving. The sessions will be held with other local business owners and the you will be required to put the relevant learnings into practice and provide feedback to the group on successes and challenges. Programme details You will attend 12 sessions held monthly in small groups with other local business owners and have a 1-2-1 30-minute telephone or Skype coaching session each month to help you implement the strategies in your business. You’ll also attend 3 full-day quarterly planning sessions during the programme. The sessions will be interactive and activity-based where applicable, and the emphasis will be on doing. You will be required to put relevant learning into practice in your business and provide feedback to the group on successes and challenges. This is a rolling programme so you can join the group at anytime. Reference Materials You will be provided with a range of practical business templates, tools and systems throughout the programme. You’ll also receive a range of business books, audio books and video ‘how to’ guides as part of this group coaching programme to match your personal preferred mode of leanrning. Participants Each company is entitled to bring up to two people from the same company for the entire programme, possibly alternating participants for several more applicable sessions, however the main participant is strongly advised to attend all sessions. You’ll also both your business and personal goals. Session 2 TimeRICH This session with look at the importance of self-management so that you use your time as effectively as possible so that you can spend the necessary time working on your business not just in it. Session 3 CashRICH This session will teach you about the importance of understanding your financials. This is the key to knowing where your cash comes from and goes to… and how to keep some of it! You’ll learn how to read your financial statements, understand your cashflow cycle and how to achieve more than just a break-even. Join all our clients at a full day 90 Day Planning session. This is where you get to write your own plan for the next business period. Session 4 LeverageRICH You’ll learn about the principles of leverage. You’ll focus in on the fastest ways to increase your business using Action’s 5 Ways mastery and the importance of testing and measuring… everything! Session 5 MarketingRICH You will work on identifying your business uniqueness, that which sets you apart from your competitors, and learn how to use it to get more of the customers you want. You will also learn about how to put together a great advertisement to make sure your acquisition cost is low and your lifetime value high! Session 6 SalesRICH You’ll learn about the different types of salespeople and the difference between old selling and new. You will learn to understand the question funnel and how to handle objections. 90 Day Planning Workshop Join all our clients at a full day 90 Day Planning session. This is where you get to write your own plan for the next business period. Session 7 TrustRICH Understand the importance of building trust and need as part of the sales process to that you can show your prospects how you can help them solve their problems now. Session 8 ServiceRICH Now you have done all the hard work to get customers its critical to keep them. You will learn about developing customer loyalty so your customers keep coming back…time after time. Session 9 SystemsRICH Learn about systemizing your business. Learn how to create systems that run your business to produce massive results. Learn how you can work on your business rather than in it. Session 10 TeamRICH Learn how to become a great leader to inspire your team each and every day, so that the team runs the business not you. Session 11 Recruit RICH This session is all about building the dream team you’ve always wanted. Learn how to recruit great people and lead them to a business that works without you. Session 12 Graduation Night Leverage, the Board Game Join us at your Graduation Ceremony and Awards night, followed by fun playing Leverage firmly putting into practice everything you’ve learned during the programme.
