1. Graeme has a successful 16 year track record in senior corporate management and business ownership. He has worked in both multinational PLCs and privately owned manufacturing businesses in the UK and Europe, and has been involved in two successful and profitable Management Buy Outs in Somerset in recent years.
2. Starting out as a marketing specialist, Graeme’s career soon developed into responsibility in many business areas – sales and key account management, business development, IT, corporate planning, process reengineering and general management.
3. Graeme has specialised throughout his career in building and developing motivated and winning teams. This has included internal teams in sales and marketing, as well as key distribution and contracting teams external to the organisation. Not only has this level of team development reaped great rewards in terms of successful businesses, it has also benefited the personal growth and development of the people involved. It is this combination of personal and business achievement which Graeme firmly believes is the recipe for success in any size of enterprise.
4. Graeme passionately believes that in business, as in life, you should always strive to have fun and enjoy the ride.
