Safe and Secure 24 Testimonial – Graham Corrigan, Business Coach My name is Alison Bowcott-McGrath my company is called Bo Concepts Bo-Concepts specialise in arranging promotional space in the most suitable retail environments – enabling clients to promote their products and services, reaching their target audience. As I approached my 4th year of business, I came to a crossroads. I began to ask myself lots of questions such as where is the business heading, what do I want to achieve, I had no goals or business plan. I saw myself as an employee rather than a business owner and also felt that I worked for my clients. There was lack of direction, lack of focus and I was treading water. I joined a networking group and it was at this group that I met Graham Corrigan, Business Coach. I immediately knew I wanted to work with him, he was inspiring and motivational and some how held the secret to success. Within around 2 weeks, I began to refocus on the business, I was very motivated. I attended a 90 planning event and began to set some goals. The first area to focus on was Money Mastery, I began to understand what my average sale was, how many times clients bought from me and what my profits were or not as the case may be. We looked at my pricing structure and grading my clients. I am now very aware what clients make money for me it’s a shock to admit that some clients don’t. I will be deselecting those clients that make little or no profit for me. I never thought I would have the confidence to do that. Within 6 weeks, I had recruited a new member of staff and written processes for each procedure carry out in the business. My Business Coach has instilled confidence in my abilities as a business owner, as helped me to understand where I want the business to go and with his help I am taking small steps to achieve my goals. Within 10 weeks of working with my coach, my motivation is at 100%, I am feeling much more fulfilled in both my business and personal life and have dreams I never thought capable.
