I grew up in family businesses - everything from Card & Gift Shops to Video Arcades, Cafe's & Restaurants - so I understand the what it is like to run a small business.

After completing a Bachelor of Science Degree and an Honours Degree in Psychology at the Univeristy of Newcastle I worked as a vocational rehabilitation counsellor before entering self-employment in the field of property development. I spent 6 years between 1996 and 2001 in Sales and Marketing with a multi-national company, where I was named NSW Sales Person of the Year in 1998. In 2001 I left the corporate world and purchased my ActionCOACH Franchise.

As your coach, I will be working with you in five key areas. The emphasis on each area depends on your needs, the type of business you have, and your goals. The key areas are: Sales & Marketing; Team Building and Recruitment; Systems & Business Development  and Customer Service.

My goal is to help business owners, such as yourself, spend less time working in your business and more time working on your business. In the end, you'll be spending less total time working and will be making more money. I’d also like to help you put the FUN back in your business and your life.
