Heather’s purpose is to have a significant positive impact on the lives of others by inspiring breakthroughs that lead to massive personal and professional growth.  Prior to founding her Executive Coaching firm in Southwest Florida in 2005, Heather was a Partner in a prominent 100 attorney law firm in Chicago where she practiced law as an international lobbyist.  Heather is a contributing author recently published in “Bootstrap Business” alongside popular business authors including Jack Canfield and Tom Hopkins.  She has coached, trained, and consulted with hundreds of companies and leaders throughout the USA and around the globe.

 

Heather is dedicated to developing leaders to improve corporate and personal performance.  She believes that within each of us there is a unique leadership development opportunity that becomes a reality through her integration of behavioral and transformational coaching.  Heather brings a fresh new approach to Executive Coaching by combining legal, lobbying, and coaching background to help Leaders increase their ability to influence others to improve results.

 

Some of her typical assignments can be summarized in five primary categories:

·         Influencing Relationships – strategy and communication

·         Developing Coaching Skills for Leaders – getting better results from direct reports by adopting a more effective management style

In every case, Heather’s clients have enjoyed the result of an increased ability to influence those around them, leading to improved individual, team, and business results.

 

In addition to individual Executive Coaching, Heather also specializes in group leadership training and public speaking.  Typically, when she works with a department or division within a company where the executives have a need to interact with/influence each other.  Leadership training consists of customized group training workshops supplemented with individual sessions.
