GrowthCLUB — 90 Day Planning Workshop

    We all know that every business SHOULD have a 90-day plan, but somehow there is never the right time to create or update the plan.  GrowthCLUB gives an owner or manager the chance to step out of the business and get focused. We’ll work with you or your top managers to map out a winning game plan for the next 90 days. Plus, with proven strategies and expert training, business owners and their team will get back to business with clear direction and new tools to achieve goals faster in a much more coordinated way.

    FocusCLUB
LLeverage your 90 Day Planning and turn it into reality with FocusCLUB.  The ideal solution for smaller businesses (typically 1---4eemployees) where growth, stability and cash flow are the keys neededffor  success!  This program starts with GrowthCLUB planning sessions to help you set goals and objectives, then helps you achieve them. Our coaches will help you develop goal clarity and maintain your focus through accountability calls with other like-minded business owners. You will experience one new learning topic on each call to advance your knowledge and get your business on the fast track toward success. One small investment includes four GrowthCLUB quarterly workshops (above), twice/monthly hosted calls and use of powerful “Goal Tracker” software. 

Mentoring Coaching

One-on-one coaching (weekly or bi-weekly) with the business owner(s) to identify and teach strategies that will help the business owner achieve their goals.

a.       Bronze Coaching – Building A Solid Base Program (minimum 6 month engagement) This program is designed for business owners who know they want more out of their business but don’t know how to get started. Includes BusinessRICH workshop for $595. Additional services are available ala carte

The ‘Building Your Solid Base’ Program includes:

–         Up to a 1-hour strategy and goal setting session via the phone every other week;

–         Up to two hours per month critiquing your marketing, systems, or team building pieces.

b.       Gold Coaching – Empower Your Business Program (minimum 6 month engagement) This program is designed for business owners who are committed to moving their business to the next level. The type of business that most benefits from this program is a business owner who wants their business to implement strategies for improvement. Includes complimentary attendance at BusinessRICH workshop.

        The ‘Empower Your Business Program’ includes:

–         Up to a 1-hour strategy implementation and goal setting session each week;

–         Up to four hours per month critiquing marketing, systems, logistics or team building pieces;

–         Access to Profiles behavioral assessments, and specific training programs at reduced costs.
