1. Vision

Coaching starts with vision, your vision, your strategic goal for your business and for your life. Once your vision is established, we set goals to reach that vision.

2. Journey

Coaching takes you on a journey: your journey, towards your vision. It is my privilege to coach you along this journey, using your long, medium and short-term goals as milestones.

3. Congruency

I expect you to be congruent with ActionCOACH's coaching system, just as I am. I follow it myself. I do what I teach. In this way we improve you, your business, me, and ActionCOACH's coaching system.

Self-discipline is as easy as the vision is strong. Without self-discipline and accountability the journey is needlessly long and hard. I am self-disciplined, and I coach you to be self-disciplined too.
