 Coach…Jeff Gilbert…

1. He is passionate about coaching businesses and helping individuals and businesses achieve massive results in growth and profits in the Northeast Pennsylvania market.
2. Over 24 years of business leadership/development experience.
3. Expert in providing Banking Solutions: managed business relationships in transition and through the years have structured financing arrangements for 1,000’s of corporate, business banking and private banking clients.
4. Created a Commercial Lending department at a local community bank. Immediately developed a vision and mission statement for the group followed by systems, policies, and procedures. Group has grown to 7 personnel and has closed over 500 loans in the past 6 years.
5. Experienced in Managing turn-around businesses: has repeatedly been successful in bridging communication between parties to create a win/win solution.
6. Community Leader: has held leadership positions with community groups in Monroe County helping them create strategies to realize their goals and objectives: Rotary (Past President), Pocono Lively Arts (Past President and Treasurer), Sherman Theater (Board), Community Services Bloc Grant (Board), United Way (Fund Distribution and Volunteer), plus numerous other committee work support.

Jeff currently lives in Stroudsburg and enjoys many activities including running, golf, reading and spending time with his wife and two children and Church family. Faith and Trust are the cornerstone of Jeff’s success.
